Dive Restaurant is located on the bay front in Kismet. The new owners boast an elevated bar food menu, sushi, sandwiches and So-Cal vibes. Locals and day-trippers gather at sunset for a Margarita or two and a platter of sushi after a hard day in the ocean. It's a happy place to be. Newly renovated owners Brad Wilson and Frank Bragaglia call themselves "A modern beach bar with So-Cal vibes." The restaurant is open Memorial Day — Labor Day and weekends through October. Stop by! Dockside is the only eatery on Fire Island with brick oven, thin crust personal pizza that cooks from start to finish in 130 seconds. You can try a signature pie or build your own. We also have a fully stocked Deli counter where you can order specialty sandwiches or also build your own.

The Fire Island Beach House is a beachside hotel 5 miles from Fire Island Lighthouse and 9 miles from Captree State Park. Under new ownership starting in the Summer of 2020 and newly renovated.
