The Bay Shore Train Station Parking Lot offers resident or non-resident permit or daily meter fee.
The parking lot that services the Davis Park Ferry Terminal is run by the Town of Brookhaven. Residents of the Town of Brookhaven pay $5 per calendar day OR can pay a flat fee to park in this and any other affiliated lot for the year. Parking for non-residents is $25 per calendar day; passes must be purchased online.
Parking located at the terminals are available on a first come basis. Parking does fill quickly during the summer season. Be sure to leave enough time to allow for the additional time required to find alternative lots.

The Maple Ave. Dock Municipal Lot is adjacent to Fire Island Ferry Terminal. Parking fees in effect May 1 to September 30.
Maple Avenue Marina is open for daily and seasonal parking. Seasonal parking runs April 15 through October 15.
Located at the end of Maple Avenue, the Saltaire parking lot is open during the summer season. Ferries usually leave for Saltaire and Kismet from this dock, but check as schedules change in the off season. Parking is by the day, or seasonal for residents.
The Saltaire parking facility is owned by the Village of Saltaire and the Fire island Terminal has a contract to manage the lot. ONLY Saltaire residents with the proper permits are guaranteed to park there. Any additional parking will then be offered on a first come/first served basis. On busy weekends, the lot fills up, and you may need to go to the main dock at 99 Maple Avenue nearby.
